GROWING YOUNG TOGETHER SERIES INTRODUCTION

The Growing Young project began with the question of why certain churches succeed in their ministry with young people. Research conducted by the Fuller Institute, they discovered that these “bright spot” congregations—diverse in region, size, denomination and culture—have these six core commitments in common. 1: They exhibit keychain leadership. 2: They fuel a warm community. 3: They empathize with young people.

4: They prioritize young people and families everywhere. 5: They take Jesus’ message seriously. 6: They are good neighbors to their communities.

Over 6 weeks we looked at how we can position our church to reach younger and older generations in such a way that it breathes new life into the whole church. Watch the intro videos and listen to the messages below on how we can grow young together.
